Our Story

We are experts in Behavioural Science, AI and Organisational Behaviour.

We bring four decades of navigating the most difficult and messy environments to realise value for our clients.

With backgrounds in FMCG, engineering, M&A, software development, public and private sector we were frustrated with how little value organisations achieved from their strategic initiatives.

We had an idea that the missing link was organisational behaviour and left the comfort and safety of our corporate world to set up Irrational Change in 2020, just as the global pandemic hit.

Our ability to quickly diagnose a situation and offer practical, actionable advice on how to lead in unprecedented times introduced us to our first clients and set us on our path.

We balance our client delivery with innovation, aiming to stay 3-5 years ahead of our field. We are highly responsive to new ideas, concepts and technology, like Generative AI.

We believe Generative AI is the missing link to unlocking behavioural intelligence and its use in your organisation.
